Donna T. – Business Manager

Hi, my name is Donna and I have been in the dental field since 1996 and have had the opportunity to work in all aspects of the dental front office. My degree is in Early Child Education and Special Education. I am enthusiastic about my job and even more thrilled to bring my skills to the pediatric dental environment.

I am a native Virginian and have lived in Loudoun County since 1988 with my husband Alan and have two grown children, Michael and Kelly. When I am not working, I enjoy traveling, running and being outdoors.

Emily R. – Clinic Manager

Hi, my name is Emily. I have been working with Dr. Val since 2007. I graduated from James Madison University in May 2006 with a degree in Health Sciences and a minor in Nutrition. I have always enjoyed working with children and I knew that I wanted a career working with them – making a difference while putting a smile on their faces! I’m proud to be a part of this amazing dental team and to be a positive role model to our patients while providing a fun and enjoyable dental experience!

I am currently in graduate school to obtain my Masters in Speech Pathology. I am very excited to further pursue my career in the pediatric health field. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going to the beach, shopping, and most of all, traveling.

Christine – Pediatric Treatment Coordinator

Hi, my name is Christine and I am proud to be a part of NOVA Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics. It is always such a joy to be working with children and every day is a new adventure. It is my privilege to make this a fun and safe experience for your child. I also have the benefit of being the person to make sure that you and your child stay informed and educated with any possible treatment that may be needed. I am here to answer any questions that you may have. It is always my top priority to make sure that both you and your child are relaxed and calm throughout this process. You are in the best hands here.

In my spare time I love to camp, hike, and watch football. I am originally from Long Island, NY so of course I love the Jets! I also enjoy spending time with my husband and two dogs Nemo and Brody.

Kristin H. – Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

Hi, my name is Kristin and I have been in the dental field since 1999. I am proud to be part of NOVA Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics because I love the open and friendly environment in our office. I truly enjoy my job because it gives me tremendous satisfaction to see the positive impact orthodontic treatment has on our patients. When I am not working, I volunteer to help in various organizations, relax with my family and friends, and travel.

Theresa – Business Administrator

Hi, my name is Theresa and I am so happy to be a team member of NOVA Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics. I have had the opportunity to work in the medical and dental fields for the last four years so I come to our office with various experience of both fields. I have a degree in Liberal Arts and Science and continued education in Computer Science. I am married with one child and originate from New Jersey. I have been living in Ashburn since 2008.

I am very excited to be part of the team here and it is truly rewarding to see the smiles we bring to our patients and their families!.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, reading, and taking classes in Tae Kwon Do.

Keslyn - Front Office Coordinator

Hi, my name is Keslyn. I am new to the area and feel so blessed to have found such a wonderful place to work here at NOVA Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics. I’m excited and look forward to meeting you and your child and providing your family with friendly, helpful, and exceptional service.

I am currently enrolled in school and working towards a degree in both dental hygiene and business administration. I truly enjoy working with children and hope to always work with a pediatric office in the healthcare field.

In my free time, I like to read, do anything trivia, shop, soak up some sun, and spend time with my husband and dog.

I live with my husband and have two dogs. In my free time, I enjoy going on bike rides, shopping, doing arts and crafts, and spending time with my wonderful husband.

Hi, my name is Donna. I’m an assistant to both Dr. Val and Dr. Courtney and I'm thrilled to be able to create beautiful smiles on both sides of the practice. I make every effort to be a constant source of comfort and fun during your visit at our office, and our team makes every effort to make sure this is the most caring, friendly and fun dental experience your kids can have! My goal is to make even the most anxious of patients enjoy their experience at our office.

Natasha – Clinical Assistant

Hi, my name is Natasha, but everyone just calls me Tasha - either is fine by me. I have been in the dental field for over 3 years now and I have loved every minute of it. I decided to make Northern Virginia my home about 7 years ago. I am so happy and thankful to be a part of Dr. Val’s team because everyone is so friendly and easy to work with. I also love being able to help educate all the kids, big and small, about their oral health. I’m a big kid myself! You can ask my own kids - Imani, Samaya, and Avery.

In my spare time, I love hanging out with friends, spending time with my kids, playing, being silly, shopping, and reading. I am also very active in my church. I look forward to meeting you all soon!

Jordan – Clinical Assistant

Hi there! My name is Jordan and I am very blessed to be part of the NOVA Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics team. I hope to continue working with children in the health-care industry for the rest of my life. I am very passionate about working with others and plan to work towards earning my degree in dental hygiene and eventually nursing.

I love animals and I have a dog named Phoebe. In my free time, I love being outdoors, singing and playing piano, listening to music, traveling, and competing in singing events.

Hi, my name is Jasmine! I received my degree in Dental Medicine from the Philippines in 2007. I am thrilled to be part of NOVA Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics because working here is so much fun and doesn’t feel like work at all. I am very passionate about dentistry and children, and making sure that they have the best oral health possible.

I am currently a student at Northern Virginia Community College preparing for a degree in Liberal Arts. I enjoy what I do so much that I will be pursuing a second degree in Dental Hygiene.
